Godswill Ministries is a church for atheist degenerates to bring about the end of religions influence in our lives.
We use sarcasm, satire and questionable wit to illustrate the absurdities of religion. Our mission is to marginalize the silly superstitions of the world until none can speak seriously about them without looking like a complete asshole.
Just as in the 50′s our society tolerated racism because it was the norm, today they tolerate many subtle shades of religious bigotry and idiocy – most because they don’t even know that they can question it. We could protest racism because there wasn’t a “good” side that could be defended. It only needed to be illuminated. But religion is much more insidious because it’s wrapped in a deeply rooted preconception of being the ultimate in good and righteousness. By being willing to go to extremes of irreverence and to stand up in the face of bigotry, I believe down to my bones that more and more people will start to question their preconceived notions about religion. And, I believe that many who never knew they could give voice to their outrage at the absurdity of it all will find the strength to do so.
